2 Cups Purple Cabbage
2 - Heads Romaine lettuce
1 - Small cucumber

Drink plenty of water daily!

Also try flaxseed oil daily (1-2 tablespoons) 

Avoid: Processed and refined foods, deep-fried, dairy, flour and sugar products, alcohol and caffeine.
