We all know Acne can be a nightmare!

This juice has been reported to help:

2 Cups Purple Cabbage
2 - Heads Romaine lettuce
1 - Small cucumber

Drink plenty of water daily!

Also try flaxseed oil daily (1-2 tablespoons) 

Avoid: Processed and refined foods, deep-fried, dairy, flour and sugar products, alcohol and caffeine.

    1. Coconut oil helps as well. I used black cumin oil that i got from www.rockymountainoils.com on the spots and they heal really fast. I use coconut oil on my food and put a tablespoon of it in my coffee or tea. I also rubbed coconut oil on my shoulders... this was the only thing that helped me. I know when i drink green juices (veggies) my skin glows and I don't GET the acne. So I hope this helps your son. I suffered many many years with acne. I'm 43 now. so hope it saves your son the anguish & pain of it. :)

If you want to get rid of acne go on a candida cleanse, its basically the exact same thing as "Avoid: Processed and refined foods, deep-fried, dairy, flour and sugar products, alcohol and caffeine" (noted on the image above) but no products with yeast- with is an additive that helps in the preservation of food.

    Also take or eat probiotics everyday. Basically you are putting back the good bacterias that fight bad bacteria on your skin and in your body.

    It worked for me, and I had super bad acne, My scarring even cleared up.
    You also sleep better and it helps with headaches and Leaky Gut- which I also had.
