ReplyDeleteU should know that they use antibiotics due to heavy usage of growth hormones
ReplyDeletewhat about the water!get real that is number 1 health hazzard in canada and the us
ReplyDeleteJust curious, what is your reasoning there?
DeleteWater is one of my drinks of choice.
At worst, we boil water for consumption and for cooking.
The fluoride in water negates the argument that it's the best thing to drink..
ReplyDeleteI'll guess:
ReplyDeleteall sodas
energy drinks
whole milk
pasturized/homogenized juices
sugary drinks
tap water
powder drinks (that we add water to)
and b/c I've generalized, I've already far surpassed the amount of 10 drinks here.
You recommended Soy milk????????
ReplyDeleteSoda
ReplyDeletejuice that isn't fresh
soy milk
milk shakes
energy drinks
coffee
full fat milk
diet soda
Normal tea
Powerade or gatorade
Full fat raw milk is the kind of milk you should drink. Low fat milks contain oxidized cholesterol as well as having other issues. Look into it. Everything we have been taught about nutrition isn't always right. In fact it often isn't.
DeleteMilk is designed for calves not humans. It is exceptionally bad for us.
DeleteCows milk is designed for calves not humans. It is exceptionally bad for us, and the dairy trade is also horrifically barbaric. I wouldn't want to drink anything that causes so much suffering. Look into that.
DeleteI wonder what was deleted by the administrators,,, hmm,,, she's boring anyways... I wonder if this is going to be deleted,,

DeleteI agree with the girl on the video. I have smth to add. Just water is not eneough to hydrate your body. You need those salts, or electrolites to hydrate your body in propper way, especially when you exercise. I can't talk about any of the products in the video but I consume a isotonic drink with no artificial sugars
DeleteThe information is great but she needs more confidence in the way she talks...she seems to be in soooo much pain... lord!
DeleteI agree with the information, sure she seems to be in so much pain going through the details... you need to write your script ahead of time and rehearse, that would help you feel and sound on video more confident. Alos you might want to add some music that should ease the watching of these 14 minutes long video. ;-) Otherwise I totally appreciate this initiative. Keep it up!
DeleteCoke... Soda drinks?
ReplyDeletecrack juice?
ReplyDeleteHmmm.. I would say - energy drinks, diet drinks, water with a high pH, coffee, alcohol, fruit juice, whole cows milk.
ReplyDeletehmmm.. I would say energy drinks, vitamin water, water with a high pH, coffee, black tea, alcohol, whole cows milk, fruit juice.
ReplyDeleteBlack tea, so long as you drink it on its own is actually really high in antioxidants and very good for you in moderation
DeleteCoffee on its own is not bad... Prevents from some cancers. Just drink it with honey and organic milk.
ReplyDeletesoda
ReplyDeletediet soda
milk (don't agree but it will prob be on here)
energy drinks
fluoridated water
crystal light/aspartame sweetened drinks
My top 3 guess: Coke, Milk, Coffee
ReplyDeleteWhere are the mentions of Aspartame, Acesulfame-K and the other various fairly dangerous alcohol sugars in a lot of these drinks?
ReplyDeleteWater is great if unfluoridated but more then 3-4 liters a day will also be poisonous!
Soy milk also is not a good alternative, look up the various misconceptions on Soy in general. A lot of people are being duped into thinking it's THE alternative for meat while actually 80% of all Soy is GMO
Milk from a cow or any other animal (organic or not) not only creates a mucous and inflames the body but it turns your body pH highly acidic (Which in turn, makes you ill in many different ways). Organic cows don't necessarily get better treatment versus non-organic cows.. they still get tortured, raped and slaughtered extremely INHUMANELY. We do not need anything from an animal in order to be healthy. That is a myth.
ReplyDeleteMilk from cows or any other animal (organic or not) not only creates a mucous and inflames the body, but it turns the body pH highly acidic (which in turn, makes us ill). Organic cows do not get much of a break versus non-organic cows.. they are still tortured, raped and slaughtered INHUMANELY. We do NOT need anything from an animal in order to be healthy and sufficient in vitamins or Omega 3s.. This is a myth! Need more Vitamin D? Go sit in the sunlight for 10 minutes.. or drink almond milk with fortified Vitamin D.. Need more Calcium? Eat kale, spinach, or almost any other green leafy vegetable. Same goes for iron, protein and a huge list of other vitamins.. Omegas are found in flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, etc...
ReplyDeletemilk, diet or reg soda, redbull
ReplyDeleteI knew about these already. And might I point out that she specified that it wasn't coffee itself that was bad for you, but /specialty/ coffee. Y'know, those $6 skim-milk double shot no froth no whip double drip lattes people like getting. Coffee itself, just black coffee can have good benefits.
ReplyDeleteAs for the cow's milk, for those of of arguing against it. If it isn't organic, and non-pasteurized, it's a waste of time. The non-organic milk cows are fed GMO grain on top of a slew of other disgusting crap. Pasteurization itself kills off the good bacteria and any of the nutrients in the milk that occur naturally, so then they have to add in the vitamins and bacteria and minerals again.
