ReplyDeletePam is not healthy, gross
ReplyDeleteIsn't alot of nutrients lost when cooked? I'd prefeer to eat as much as possible raw (except eggs ofc)
ReplyDeleteYou just lost all credibility by using the Pam. Bad... bad... bad. FALSE PROMOTION!
ReplyDeleteyou ruined that pan and that food as soon as you sprayed with chemicals
ReplyDeletechicken embryos, over cooked vegetables, and bacteria-casein-hormones, Oh yea really healthy ! :S
ReplyDeleteTouche this is really rubbish!!!

Deletepam is g.m.o dumbass
ReplyDeleteWell, this is BS...
ReplyDeleteanyway, what does everyone think would be the healthiest breakfast in the world? I'm thinking distilled water, wait 1 hour, some watermelon, wait another hour, then some kind of an amazing juice involving leafy greens, wait a while longer, then some kind of a beautiful berry bowl involving acai and goji berries while completely lathering your body with coconut oil (skin can ingest food too!) <3
Sounds wonderful! Thank you!
DeleteGhee is a lovely way to start this breakfast ...
ReplyDeleteWRONG WRONG WRONG!!! Rule of the thumb, DO NOT OVER-COOK YOUR VEGGIES.
ReplyDeleteYou would rather stir-fry the veggies, or better yet, have the veggies RAW as a side dish and get rid of pam. WTF is Omega-3 rich eggs? GMO? Get your facts right bud. Good luck!
Dont like the video, go eat McDonalds then!
ReplyDeleteMc donalds would not be much worse than this pam based something. One must be nutritionally illiterate to call this " healthiest"
ReplyDeleteuse butter or olive oil barely cook the veggies use organic eggs definitely better than mcDonalds or Timmies
