    3. Don't be ignorant. You may find religion distasteful, but all religions started as a way to find yourself in this life. Research various religions, and you will no doubt find love in God, not religion.

    1. That actually depends on your blood pressure,if it's high - wouldn't recommend coffee, migraine gets worse.

    2. my Nana got headaches every day if she didn't have her afternoon coffee on time. Now I do it too, as long as I don't develop drinking coffee every afternoon though, I'm fine. :)

  5. I have severe joint pain, I put turmeric on every meal, or make a tea if I don't want to change the flavor of my meal. tastes great as tea w/ fresh ginger root, a little cayenne, some honey. Spicy and sweet. I know when I haven't taken it too, the pain comes back w/ a vengeance.
