I make a "concoction" that I take at least a tbs of daily, more if I feel sick or joint pain: 3 tbs acv, 3 tbs raw honey, dash of cayenne, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves raw garlic, few dashes of dried ginger powder, add basil if I'm congested. Yummy stuff. Also have turmeric every evening either on my meal or as a tea, really helps joint pain (even though I think the thing says muscle).
