  1. It's just Caffiene vitamins and sugar.. I can see how the sugar and caffiene would act as a diuretic.. but I think your overstating the dangers here.. I mean if someone with heart problems shouldn't drink energy drinks then the same should stand for strong coffee.. caffiene is caffiene.. the energy drinks I have contain 160 mg of caffiene.. average cup of strong coffee 100-120 mg.. not that much of a difference except for all the sugar.. and The energy drink actually provides vitamins
