Baking soda prevents and even dissolves kidney stones!

Baking soda:  The miracle kidney remedy!

Kidneys provide the vital function of filtering your blood.  They regulate the amount of salt and minerals in your blood while removing waste and excess water.  Due to our increasingly toxic environment, many people face kidney disease, kidney stones, and even kidney failure.  You may have heard some horror stories about kidney stones, but did you know you can prevent them or even dissolve existing stones?  The solution is probably already in your kitchen.  Sodium Bicarbonate a.k.a. Baking Soda!

An acidic environment and diet can contribute to the formation of calcium oxalate or uric acid stones.  Taking sodium bicarbonate will eliminate the discomfort and even dissolve the stones.  Taking baking soda as a preventative will also help you save on health insurance deductibles in the future as it lowers the chances of stones forming.

Adding baking soda to your diet makes your blood and urine more alkaline which also makes infection much less likely.

  1. That's great advice, but how much is suggested and what are the best ways for intake?

  4. a small pinch of bicarb in a glass of water. over dosing was found to ... 'not be good'. it was minor and real over use. Ive heard abotu some other things as well such as potassium bicarbonate of soda. Seller was a independent scientist who was living poor eating a lot of fruit he picked from trees in his neighbourhood and he found this was the best thing for his teeth as well!, along with hydrogen peroxide. He mentions electrolytes and stuff and now im pretty sure hes gettin some nice deals selling this stuff to the army recruits because similar to sodium bicarbonate his version, which i think is just potassium (might be magnesium, i might be remembering incorrectly.. pretty sure it was potassium though.) Ive read studies though about sodium bicarbonate, commonly found in most kitchens, was good for reducing muscle burn, neutralised acidic hydrogen ions that are produced when a muscle is being 'over worked', i think its the lactic acid stuff you are classically taught about in P.E. at school.

First i hear of bicarb of any kind for 'muscular benefit' in sports and/or endurance training was from a doctor on youtube, even downed a glass of it right there and talked about how he and his sprinter son drink glasses of it when going for their runs and find it is beneficial.

Also ive heard others say we dont get enough of these minerals in our diets anyway, ie. magnesium, potassium. Bicarbonate is alkaline and all im hearing about cancer is how it cant live in an alkaline state; and that our bio/organics/whatever operate much better in an alkaline state.

Oh well, im still trying to actively live this newly informed life style that the internet has enlightened me too.. All sounds pretty good tbh, cannabis sounds like its healthy as fuck, to eat. Pretty sure ive heard that, that produces an alkalising affect on the body also.. Hope my ramblings shon some light on the subject for ya.
tl;dr. A SMALL pinch in a pint glass of water.

  5. Same question here. How much, and what's the best way for intake? My 12th kidney stone would like to know details.

  6. teaspoon dissolved in water - drink. you should remember though it is a salt, so if you have to watch your salt take that into consideration with the rest of your diet. My husband drinks it every night, been the best thing for his acid reflex. Now I know he has a better chance of not developing kidney stones.
