  1. goat milk was bullshit, u need whole mili/kefir made from whole cows milk, to slow down the digestion.. u shouldn`t eat every 2 hours.. stupid point.. fatty acids are nice and when use with little protein, it actyally helps u loose or keep your weight... get educated.. its not enough to say that fatty acid is bad, and laktose is bad etc.. that whole point made u a hypocrite.. so no matter what the rest u point out, u dnt show real knowledge of how the body function... your point causes you to eat more, then even if it`s loaded with things u need u shit it out if u dnt digest it properly...
