Awesome video. I like to drink Penta water when I can afford to. Also in your next video you might mention that the long term effects of poor hydration will lead to Hypertension and or Diabetes due to the fact that your body goes into what I call drought mode and directs what water it has to use to the more vital needs such as your brain and heart or the production of blood which robs the body's ability to produce insulin etc. etc. Again fantastic video and thank you for sharing it...
