    2. Put some or all in a juicer and enjoy the glassful of liquid health. Later that same day... tomorrow... the next day... repeat... then repeat.
      I've been doing that for the past 7 weeks and I'm healthier, blood pressure has returned to normal, memory and ability to maintain have increased tremendously, and just feel better overall.

  4. You should be aware of eating too much broccoli and kale if you are thyroid sensitive. They can both suppress iodine if you are prone to hypothyroidism. Hyperthyroidism on the other hand can be helped by eating these foods. That is all... :)
