Signs Of Nutritional Deficiencies



Nails: 
White spots are often a sign of mineral deficiency but often low zinc
Ridges can indicate zinc deficiency
Soft or brittle nails may indicate a magnesium deficiency
Bitten nails could be a sign of general mineral deficiency 

Gums:
