More and more information comes out about the negative health effects of dairy consumption. People are looking for alternatives to milk, not just because of lactose intolerance but also to avoid the hormones and antibiotics present in commercial dairy. You can buy almond milk but some contains preservatives and other ingredients. Almond milk is high in calcium and contains vitamins A, D, and E. Maybe it is time to make your own almond milk!
