    1. Yes WolfWhite! Buy a juicer, and juice raw veggies such as kale, spinach, wheatgrass... etc. You will feel the effects by the next morning, and they will be GLORIOUS!!!

    2. Don't juice.. use a blender. Juicing takes away some of you key nutrients from the skins of these things. Unless your going to take the mush and mix it back in the drink . Don't throw away vital nutrients from not ingesting the skins

    4. I use a "liquifier" what that does is take the whole fruit or vegetable and grind it so fine it is a juice...there isn't anything taken out at all, except the core and peel if you choose to.

    Spruce needles. Grind the shit out of a pound in a blender, then put the mush in your juicer.

    *Vastly* more vitamin A and C than orange juice, and more chlorphyll than you'll find in 2 kilos of spinach.
