    1. I'd try to drink some every day. Just make sure that you mix something in it to make it less stronger cause dat'll hurt. And drink it with a straw to not damage your teeth. It makes you feel great. I'd recommend.

    3. Use Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, not the distilled crap. Mix 2 TBS Braggs ACV with 2 TBS Honey, the juice of half a lemon or lime and 8 oz of water. Stir to disolve honey and drink onc or twice a day. Combine that with a vegetarian diet for 2 weeks and you'll look and feel fantastic when everything is said and done. Start your day with this before anything else hits your stomach

    1. I drink 2 tablespoons in a small cup (4 oz.) of water. It took awhile to get used to the taste but my body craves it now. Last year I drank it because working with kids, i get sick so often. I feel like it stopped me from getting sick towards the end of the winter.

    1. I'm not sure why people should be expected to have to google for information when this is supposed to be an informative site? They could just go the extra step and explain it. This site so far is not worth the bandwidth it's using to exist.

  10. I make sekanjabin with apple cider vinegar. 2 pts honey (or sugar), 1 pt water, 1 pt apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon peppermint extract.
Heat honey and water over medium heat until dissolved, but try not to boil. Add vinegar, simmer for 20 min. Remove from heat, let cool. When it's room temperature, add peppermint extract (one could use a few cinnamon sticks, a handful of fresh mint leaves, a quarter cup of rose water, whatever). Stir thoroughly. Add a generous dollop to cold water, to taste.
