    1. You can copy it to word, word pad or notebook on your computer. You save it to your computer and print it or put it on a flash drive and take it to kinkos where you can print it for yourself.

  2. I'm not trying to be rude or anything but where is the evidence of this being true? For example, how does kiwi increase your bone mass if it has no calcium? Or at least I can't find it anywhere that it does...

    1. Kiwi fruit contains very good levels of vitamin-A, vitamin-E, vitamin-K and flavonoid anti-oxidants such as beta-carotene, lutein and xanthin.
      Vitamin K has a potential role in the increase of bone mass by promoting osteotrophic activity in the bone.
