After this Im thinking on not buying milk anymore, but how do I replace the calcium it provides?

Deletethere are so many food that have the same if not higher sources of calcium, Sesame Seeds, Olives, Brazil nuts, Turnip, Mustard greens, and Dandelion Greens, Kale, Flax Seeds, almonds

I do not eat dairy hardly at all nowadays. The odd cheese sandwich as a treat or a bit of butter in cooking

its quite easy to cut milk out of your diet, stay away from latte's & other milky coffee's. Dairy should be a treat not a stable part of your diet
actually, milk is not the best source of calcium for the human body. it has a very high concentration of calcium, but most of it is not absorbable by us because a certain level of magnesium is needed to aid the process. the best source of calcium is leafy green vegetables such as kale, collards, etc, and nuts and seeds. the countries with the highest milk consumption tend to be those with the highest incidences of osteoporosis, because the vitamin deficiency caused by dairy consumption causes your body to take calcium from your bones in order to rebalance. pretty scary stuff, i know. try almond or rice milk instead, its much nicer! :) xXx
