I think it is great that you have written down the benefits of coconut oil. What you did not do is suggest they ways to use coconut oil. Topically for skin is obvious but can you ingest it by the teaspoon or should it be used in recipes for ingestion to receive the other benefits to your body internally??
ReplyDeleteyou can eat it any way you wish! It is a great replacement for butter and oil. In recipes, and straight on toast, also for frying! Limitless really and so good for you!
DeleteI think it is great that you listed the benefits of using coconut oil. You did not mention HOW to use. Topically is obvious for the skin. Can you ingest coconut oil by the teaspoon or just use it in recipes to get the benefits of coconut oil internally?
ReplyDeleteOil pulling is the method I have recently read about with regards to utilising coconut oil's oral health benefits.
ReplyDeleteit is superb for the skin and I use it for cooking and also in my hair conditioner,,,just a very tiny bit goes a long way. You can also add some vitamin E to it for skin.. around the eyes is great.

ReplyDeleteWhat is the "burn temp" for coconut oil? Example: butter burns at a lower temp than margarine, peanut oil has very high burn temp. I've been buying this for years (elsewhere) but for topical use.
