ReplyDeletethe best way to get healthy green juice, is to avoid centrifugation juicer, I recommend juice extractor with worm gear motor, there is some brands 3-5 which you can trust ( omega, angel, fruitstar etc. This is just to help). It really gives a dark green juice, rich in vit. and chlorophyll...

I've never made a green juice, but I make green smoothies all of the time! Here is a easy recipe:
ReplyDelete1 large handful of spinach or kale
1 green apple - remove the core, keep the peel
1 small-medium cucumber - peeled
1 - 4" piece of celery (optional, has a very strong celery taste)
1/2 cup of green tea
6 ice cubes
Drizzle of honey
Combine all ingredients & blend. Add or remove any green ingredients you choose.

ReplyDeleteOrganic kale, parsley, lemon, ginger, turmeric, apple, celery, and cucumber...this is my favorite recipe out of 2 dozen or so, and it's what I drink when I juice fast.

P.S. Some days I'll throw in a garlic clove or two for immunity...
I put drops of Nature's Sunshine Liquid Chlorophyll ES in my water bottle and drink it throughout the day. It's a beautiful green drink and I love the taste. I also put it in my cat's water bowl, because she rarely gets outside to chew on grass. It is greatly improving her fur. She's a white cat that had become dingy, but is now getting white again.
