  1. I have Echinecia flowers growing in my garden. How do I use it medicinally? Do i eat the flowers, or make tea with the leaves, or grind the roots into a paste? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Collect the flower heads when they're in bloom and dry them before brewing into a tea which can be drank or bathed in.
